Founded in 2025 and rooted in the heart of North Newbald, York, Equestrian Freedom Technique was born from a deep belief: riders deserve to feel safe, supported and emotionally free not just in competition, but in connection.
What started as a vision to combine equestrian experience with holistic care has grown into a sanctuary for riders seeking more than just performance. Here, healing doesn’t wait for crisis. We meet you gently, whether you're navigating nerves, rebuilding trust after a setback, or simply craving more ease in the saddle.
Using EFT tapping a gentle, effective way to release emotional and physical tension we help equestrians clear blocks, calm their nervous systems, and ride with confidence that comes from within.
Sessions are offered online or in-person, always tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
